The Creep Testing Devices from Hegewald & Peschke load cardboard, corrugated cardboard, leather and textile samples with constant weights over long periods while the deformation is recorded, for compression, bending and tensile tests.

Hegewald & Peschke creep testing devices evaluate material deformation under long-term loading. The systems apply a constant load using weights while the sample stays loaded for a long time and its deformation is recorded.
Cardboard creep devices can be used inside a climate chamber to study the effect of humidity and temperature changes, or as tabletop units outside the chamber, depending on configuration. Digital displacement transducers record the deformation path and pass the data to evaluation software.
The tensile creep loading unit for textile and leather samples uses mechanically decoupled stations, so a breaking sample does not cause vibration at the other stations.
