Length measurement for long and narrow workpieces

Hegewald & Peschke 1D Digital Length Measuring Devices are designed for precise length measurement of long and narrow workpieces in workshop and production environments. The range includes Light, Heavy Tabletop and Heavy Fixed-to-Floor models for small components, flexible profiles, steel pipes, heavy rods, tubes, blanks and large-diameter workpieces.

The systems are a practical alternative when calipers are too short and tape measures are too inaccurate. They combine a smooth linear guide with a magnetic incremental measuring system that is insensitive to dust, dirt, moisture and oil.

Each system can be adapted to measuring length, accuracy, workpiece weight, workplace layout, measuring tools, workpiece supports, display unit and data transfer needs.
