Bending grips
Bending grips for different wire diameters.
The Bending Fatigue Testing Machine from Hegewald & Peschke bends wire specimens 90° to the left and right for flex life (Tick Tock) tests, with up to 3 wires tested at the same time.

The machine is used for bending fatigue tests on wire specimens. The wire is bent 90° to the left and 90° to the right, a total reverse bending movement of 180°.
The lower end of the wire is clamped into a screw terminal and guided through bending cylinders, which define the bending radius according to the wire diameter. The upper end is clamped into a movable bending arm driven by a servomotor.
The machine is adjustable according to the relevant standards, and specimen breakage is detected by electrical conductivity.
