Overview
Spindle moulders for joinery and windows
The T-50 S has an extended outfeed table and a right-side tenoning carriage. It is designed mainly for window production, especially with the optional cut-off saw, powered feeder and glazing bead unit, and it also works as a standard spindle moulder. It has an 1850 x 850 mm table, a 900 x 360 carriage with 1100 mm stroke and 200 mm horizontal displacement, and five spindle speeds from 3000 to 10500 rpm.
The T-50 L is a long-table spindle moulder with a 2410 x 850 mm table, 180 mm spindle stroke and five speeds from 3000 to 10500 rpm. It comes with a brake motor, no-volt release, thermal overload protection and star-delta starter.
The T-42 R series runs five speeds from 2500 to 10000 rpm, with a useful spindle height of 140 mm for 30-35 mm spindles and 180 mm for 40-50 mm spindles, and tools up to 330 mm. The T 42 R has a 1100 x 920 mm table, the T 42 R-L extended 2300 x 920 mm tables, the T 42 R-C a front tenoning carriage of 1100 x 360 mm, and the T 42 R-CL a 1700 x 920 mm table, 900 x 300 mm tenoning carriage with 800 mm stroke and a 7.5 HP motor.
