Overview
Planing, sawing and moulding on one machine
The AD 415 x 2 is a combined surface and thickness planer with a 415 mm working width. The surface planer has 2100 x 415 mm tables, a 100 mm cutterblock with 4 knives, a magnetic knife setter and 8 mm maximum removal. The thicknesser has a 415 x 700 mm table, a 5 to 240 mm working height, 5 mm maximum removal, 5000 rpm and 6.5 to 13 m/min feed.
The AD 41/51 x 2 is a two-operation planer-thicknesser in two table sizes: the AD 41 x 2 with 2040 x 410 mm surface tables and the AD 51 x 2 with 2130 x 515 mm. Both lift the surface tables simultaneously, have 960 mm long thicknessing tables, two feed speeds of 8 and 14 m/min and a 5.5 HP motor. The fence is moved square to the table with a handwheel and a 50 mm rack.
The CH 300 x 5 and CH 400 x 5 are five-function machines with a surface planer, thickness planer, circular saw and spindle moulder. Their aluminium carriage slides on hardened steel ball bearings for cross cutting, slitting, bevel cutting and angled cutting. The CH 300 x 5 has a 300 mm planer, 1500 mm table length and 1600 x 305 mm carriage; the CH 400 x 5 has a 400 mm planer, 1800 mm table length and 2200 x 305 mm carriage. Both thickness from 4 to 220 mm and run the spindle at 2000, 3100, 4400 and 7000 rpm.
