Overview
Ripping several strips in one pass
The SM 310 T is a multi-rip saw of the SM type. The saw group is up to 300 mm wide on a 60 mm saw spindle, and the maximum cut height is 100 mm. Parts are fed on a conveyor belt.
Blades and spacer rings are fitted on an extractable sleeve, which makes setting up a new blade pattern easier.
Options include a laser unit with adjustable support on the first blade, a blade-fitting sleeve, motor-driven infeed transfer rollers of 3000 mm and idle outfeed transfer rollers of 2500 mm.

Ripping boards into strips
Several blades on the 60 mm spindle cut a board into strips in one pass, up to 100 mm high.
Changing the blade pattern
Blades and spacer rings slide onto an extractable sleeve for a quicker change of strip widths.
Line feeding
Optional 3000 mm powered infeed rollers and 2500 mm idle outfeed rollers carry long boards in and out.
Laser-guided cutting
An optional laser unit on the first blade shows the cut line on the board.
