Overview
Straightening and moulding from 4 to 7 spindles
The DEDRA 4-5 FH is an automatic straightening and moulding machine with 4 or 5 spindles for small and medium firms. Standard equipment includes a 2300 mm worktable, pneumatic pressure on the drive rollers, push-button motor start, a pneumatic pre-planer roller, motorized lifting and a roller drive with universal joints. Shaped tools from 110 to 180 mm diameter fit the right and left vertical spindles and the 4th horizontal spindle.
The DEDRA PLUS 6 FH works up to 240 × 130 mm at feed speeds of 4 to 20 m/min. Its vertical multi-tool spindles take four or more cutters, and the upper horizontal spindle takes cutters from 110 to 200 mm diameter. A motorized rubber-coated roller under the worktable is standard, and electronic 2-axis or 4-axis programmers are available.
The DEDRA PLUS H range covers the 5-H, 5F-H, 6/SF-H, 6/FU-H and 7-H with 5, 6 or 7 spindles, a heavy cast iron base and a bottom horizontal or 360° universal spindle. It works widths from 20 to 240 mm.

Straightening

Vertical multi-tool spindles on the DEDRA PLUS hold four or more cutters, so several profiles stay on the machine.

DEDRA PLUS H models can carry a 360° universal spindle in place of the bottom horizontal spindle.
