S 2000
Front-loading beam saw, 110 mm cutting depth, 400 mm main blade with 15 HP motor and brushless pusher drive.
STETON beam panel saws size panels at 3700 or 4500 mm cutting length. The S 2000 cuts up to 110 mm deep and the BPS 95 up to 80 mm, and the T versions load from the rear on a lifting table.

The S 2000 beam saws combine solid, accurate mechanics with electronic control. The pusher runs on a D.C. brushless motor, cutting length and pusher stroke are 3700 or 4500 mm, and the maximum cutting depth is 110 mm. The 400 mm main blade has a 15 HP motor and the 180 mm scoring blade a 3 HP motor; blade height, scorer height and alignment are set by the electronic control.
The S 2000 T is loaded from the rear onto the lifting table, or preloaded from the side on a roller conveyor. With special pincers on the pusher it also cuts thin panels such as hardboard and plywood.
The BPS 95 cuts 3700 or 4500 mm long and 80 mm deep with a 350 mm main blade on a 15 HP (11 kW) motor and a 180 mm scoring blade. Blade feed speed is 1 to 60 m/min, and the inverter-driven pusher reads its position on a magnetic strip. The BPS 95 T adds a scissor lift for panels up to 4500 × 2200 mm and stacks up to 560 mm high.
On all models five pincers hold the panels up to the last cut in the pressure beam area.

Front-loading beam saw, 110 mm cutting depth, 400 mm main blade with 15 HP motor and brushless pusher drive.

Rear loading onto the lifting table or side preloading on a roller conveyor; cuts thin panels with special pincers.

Rear-loading version with scissor lift for panels up to 4500 × 2200 mm and stacks up to 560 mm high.

Front-loading beam saw with 80 mm depth of cut, 1–60 m/min blade feed and inverter-driven pusher.
Options extend the saws from straight sizing to special panels and cuts.
Straight cuts on 3700 or 4500 mm panels, with five pincers holding the panel to the last cut.
T versions take panel stacks on a lifting table; the BPS 95 T lift takes stacks up to 560 mm.
An optional scoring cycle with a 250 mm blade scores postformed edges before the main cut.
On the BPS 95, electronic blade height adjustment cuts slots, and an attachment cuts angles with an angle display.
Special pincers handle thin hardboard and plywood, and comb pincers hold panels with protruding coating.
