The COSMEC NR Series is the company's traditional range of CNC machining centers, with a fixed bridge and mobile tables. Built in standard or custom sizes, they mill, bore, sand, cut and engrave wood, plastics and light alloys.

Overview
Fixed bridge, mobile tables and custom sizes
The NR Series routers have a fixed bridge and movable tables, and they are built in standard or customised sizes. Machines can carry 3, 4, 5 or 6 axes with one or more operating units, for milling, boring, sanding, cutting and engraving.
Base frames are oversized for the loads they carry, and quality sliding systems and flexible workpiece clamping keep the machine free of deformation and vibration. COSMEC has built these machines for more than 30 years.
Electrospindles up to 20 kW are available with ISO 30, ISO 40 and HSK F63 connections, turning from 500 to 24,000 rpm. Tables can be bakelite or aluminium sandwich structures with retractable stops and vacuum cups, or movable bars with adjustable cups.
