Overview
Thick panels on a closed bridge
The CONQUEST range pairs a closed bridge with a fixed table and high axis speeds for thick panels. Three sizes are built: the CONQUEST 255 with a 1300 × 2610 mm working field, the 515 with 1605 × 3210 mm and the 715 with 2210 × 3210 mm, each in 3-axis or 5-axis form.
The bakelite table can be divided into up to 16 vacuum zones, with retractable stops and suction cups in several sizes. Bar, aluminium, steel and hybrid table versions are offered.
The main electrospindle gives 13, 16 or 18 kW (S6) with an ISO 30 or HSK F63 connection, and an 8-position rotating tool changer is fitted, with up to 64 positions possible. A second or third unit for sawing, horizontal routing or another spindle is optional, as is a boring unit with independent vertical and horizontal spindles.
A CNC-controlled 360° rotary axis on the main spindle handles angled work. The CNC runs with a PC interface and a handheld pendant for testing programs.
