COSMEC CONQUEST 3200, 4200, 5200 and 6200 are open-bridge, fixed-table CNC machining centers. They join router rigidity with point-to-point speed, and the open frame makes loading large panels easier.

Overview
Router rigidity with point-to-point speed
The CONQUEST 3200 to 6200 range uses a cantilever open bridge over a fixed table. The open side makes it easier to load and unload large panels, and the table can be a channelled bakelite top or movable bars with vacuum cups.
Working fields are 3200, 4200, 5200 or 6200 mm long and 1300 or 1800 mm wide, with 300 or 500 mm panel thickness. Z stroke is 520 mm on all four models, and machine weights run from 5870 kg for the 3200 to 8080 kg for the 6200.
The electrospindle turns from 500 to 24,000 rpm with 7.5, 10, 13.5 or 15 kW (S1), air or liquid cooled, with ISO 30 or HSK F63 holders. An 8-position carousel tool changer is joined by an auxiliary changer of 4, 12 or 20 positions on the frame column.
Options include a boring unit with 13 vertical spindles plus 4 horizontal on X and 2 on Y, a 2.2 kW orientable routing unit, an orientable sawing unit up to 7.5 kW, a second electrospindle, a rotor axis and a CNC-controlled dust hood for 5-axis work.
