Skytrack robot arm welding a steel box workpiece held on the tilted blue positioner
PEMA Skytrack is a compact robot welding station for workshops adding their first welding robot or extra capacity. It combines a 2 t positioner, an industrial robot arm and a 32 A power source and needs no special foundation.

PEMA Skytrack is a compact robot welding machine made to streamline welding work. It is aimed at workshops that are adding their first welding robot or need more welding capacity, and it fits into an existing production process with a plug-and-weld setup.
The standard station carries a PEMA Skyhook Pro welding positioner rated for 2 t, an industrial robot arm, a 32 A welding power source and standard safety equipment, and it is CE marked. It needs about 25 m² with the standard light curtain, or about 21 m² with the optional safety door.
No special foundation is needed and the station can be moved with a regular forklift. Options include PEMA WeldControl Offline programming, PEMA AutoScan software and the safety door.
Skytrack is built for workshops that want flexible robot welding without rebuilding the shop floor.
