PEMA Skytrack
Compact, movable robot welding unit for workshops: 2 t payload, no foundation needed, 32 A power, safety analysis and CE marking.
PEMA robotic welding systems range from the compact Skytrack station to portals with up to four robots. Each package combines workpiece handling, robots and PEMA WeldControl software for constant quality and more capacity.

PEMA robotic welding systems are built for constant welding quality and higher production capacity. They answer challenges such as a shortage of skilled welders, and a well-designed robot cell also improves safety and quality.
A typical PEMA system pairs a workpiece handling solution with a gantry or portal. The range runs from the movable Skytrack station to floor tracks of unlimited length, compact micro-panel portals, portals with up to four robots and the rotating dual-station Skywheel.
All systems run on PEMA WeldControl, with offline programming for weld path planning, and Pemamek tests each package with the customer's own workpieces before shipping. Operator training and life-cycle service help welders become robot operators.

Workpiece handling solution paired with a gantry (half portal) that has one to three linear axes.

Customised floor-track system: track length not limited, adjustable height and an X-axis from 3.3 m to 4.1 m.

Compact robot welding solution for micro-panel production; fast to install with minimum civil work, replacing up to four manual welders.

One portal with up to four robots, fast to install, with an expandable working area and dimensions engineered to the product.

Rotating dual-station solution where two robots weld at the same time, cutting idle time during part changeovers.
Each system is matched to the size of the workpiece and the way it moves through the shop.
