The AG Fire Sprinkler Wall Indicator Post, Model PIP, gives a clear OPEN or SHUT indication for valves installed behind walls.
It allows the valve to be operated remotely while the control point stays accessible at wall level. The wall flange is tapped for 4" schedule 40 steel pipe, supplied by the customer, which passes through the wall.
Installation & Sizes
- For fire line valves installed behind walls.
- For 4", 6", 8", 10" and 12" (DN100 to DN300) valves.
- Wall flange tapped for 4" schedule 40 steel pipe (customer supplied).
Materials & Coating
- Body and cover in cast iron; ductile iron handwheel.
- Carbon steel 1" square stem; cast aluminium target.
- Plexiglass window with EPDM gasket.
- Fusion-bonded epoxy coating to ANSI/AWWA C550, finished red RAL 3000.
Wall-Level Access
Gives easy access to valves in wall-mounted installations.
