AG Fire Sprinkler's Double Door Wafer Check Valve is designed to prevent backflow in fire protection and water systems. It is available as Model DH77X-300, rated 300 psi (20.7 bar), and Model VR-232-W, rated 232 psi (16 bar).
The valve gives one-way flow with low pressure loss, and its compact wafer body suits installation between flanges in a range of piping systems.

- DH77X-300: working pressure 300 psi (20.7 bar).
- VR-232-W: working pressure 232 psi (16 bar).
- DH77X-300 working temperature: 32°F to 212°F (0°C to 100°C).
Connection & Sizes
- DH77X-300: wafer for ANSI B16.1 Class 125 flanges; ANSI B16.5 Class 300 as an option.
- DH77X-300 sizes 2" to 16" (DN50 to DN400), including 5" (DN125).
Materials & Coating
- Body in ductile iron ASTM A536 65-45-12.
- AISI 316 discs, AISI 420 stem and AISI 304 spring.
- Fusion-bonded epoxy coating to ANSI/AWWA C550, finished red RAL 3000.
