Overview

Standard and Superficial Rockwell on one stand

The NR3D is a bench hardness tester working according to the Rockwell principle, with standard preload and load. It is available with the DR test head for standard Rockwell loads and the DSR test head for Superficial Rockwell loads, and can give a direct Brinell point reading on the digital display.

It suits a wide range of materials, from hard and soft metals to light alloys, plastics, rubber and plexiglass. The Superficial Rockwell head can be added to the same stand, so no second machine is needed, and the removable test head makes service and calibration easier.

Optional E-DATACAPTURE software stores test data and adds tolerance indicators, control limits, averages, conversions, X-bar charts, histograms and Cpk analysis.
