Overview
A positioner that remembers every working position
PEMA Skymaster PRO positioners are built for extra-heavy work, with a series range from 750 kg to 35 000 kg. The height, tilt and rotating speed of the work-piece are fully adjustable and programmable, and each positioner has its own loading curves for safe work-piece handling.
Positions for lifting, rotation and tilting can be saved and modified, so the work-piece always returns to the same working position. More than 1,700 work cycle positions can be stored per work-piece, which helps newer welders and saves time in serial production. Pre-programming in the browser-based system can increase efficiency by up to 70%.
The PRO application runs in an internet browser and is used from a mobile phone, tablet or laptop via WiFi. It includes programming of the positioner, machine diagnostics, a maintenance book and the option to add notes.
