Overview
Positioning and tilting the heaviest work-pieces
PEMA Megamaster positioners are designed for automated welding processes where positioning and tilting of extra large and heavy work-pieces is needed. Typical work-pieces are pressure vessels, cubic frames and other demanding components.
The FPS positioners feature motorized inverter or servo-controlled rotation, strengthened rotation torque and hydraulic or motorized tilting with the needed adjustments. A remote control unit is standard.
Six sizes are available. The FPS 25000 has a max. load of 250 000 N and measures 2 450 mm high, 3 800 mm long and 1 950 mm wide. The FPS 250000 has a max. load of 2 500 000 N and measures 5 620 mm high, 9 020 mm long and 5 050 mm wide.
