PEMA Skyhook PRO SPSi positioners are built for heavy and demanding work-pieces. The single support point design lets the work-piece rotate and tilt in more directions, which makes the SPSi positioners a good fit for large, heavy pieces that need flexible access around them.

Rotation, tilting and height adjustment are motorized, and all functions can be remote controlled. A Skyhook PRO positioner can save more than 1,750 different work cycle positions for a single work-piece. Pre-programming in the browser-based system can increase efficiency by up to 70% and saves time in serial production.

The PRO application runs in a web browser on a mobile phone, tablet or laptop over WiFi. It includes positioner programming, machine diagnostics, a maintenance book and notes, so programming is as simple as using a smartphone.
