Overview

Mass finishing for long and heavy parts

Rösler tub vibrators handle large-volume or heavy work pieces in mass finishing. Typical processes are deburring, edge rounding, grinding, polishing and ball burnishing. Parts can be processed one at a time or several together, and dividers or special fixtures protect sensitive components.

Vibratory drives put the media and the work pieces in the work bowl into a rolling, vibrating motion. Depending on the model, the drive is flanged to the underside of the bowl, mounted on the end walls or spread along the length of the bowl.

The range covers the TE economy model, the TSD direct drive, the TU for long components and the mobile RMO. The RMO has integrated separation and a recirculation tank for the process water, and can stand next to a turning or milling center.

The machines are used in aerospace, the automotive industry and general mechanical engineering.

Models

Tub vibrator designs

Rösler TSD tub vibrator with long orange-lined work bowl and drive motors on both end walls

TSD direct drive tub vibrator

Direct-drive motors on the end walls of the work bowl. Built for heavy components and for delicate parts.

Rösler TU tub vibrator for long parts with access platform, stairs and railing along the work bowl

TU tub vibrator for long components

For mass finishing parts up to 6,000 mm long. Motors under the work bowl move the media and parts evenly along its full length.
