Overview
Cleaning process water for reuse
Rösler centrifuges clean the process water from mass finishing. Centrifugal force separates the solids, and the cleaned fluid can be reused, which makes the finishing process more sustainable and cost-effective.
The systems reach throughputs of up to 6,000 liters per hour and up to 2,000 g of acceleration, and separate particles larger than 2.0 µm. The range goes from small mobile semi-automatic units to automatic peeling centrifuges with automatic sludge discharge.
Besides mass finishing, the centrifuges are also suited to cleaning other industrial liquids.
