Overview

Centrifugal force for faster finishing

Rösler high energy disc systems use centrifugal force to speed up mass finishing compared with conventional vibratory finishing. They process stampings, castings, forgings and machined work pieces, from thin-walled to solid, for deburring, grinding, rounding and polishing.

A fixed cylindrical work bowl works together with a spinner that is separated from the bowl wall by an annular gap. The spinner accelerates the work pieces and media, centrifugal force pushes the mixture up the bowl wall, and gravity returns it to the spinner, so the cycle repeats.

Each system can be configured individually, from the basic stand-alone Series E up to a fully automatic processing line.

Models

Two-batch system

Series A2 (Profi-Line)

Built on the Rösler two-batch system: processing and separation run at the same time, and parts from different batches do not mix. Can be expanded to an A3 system for three batches.
