Overview

Drying parts straight after finishing

Most vibratory finishing methods are wet processes, so the parts usually have to be dried before the next production step. Rösler dryers follow the vibratory finishing process automatically, are linked to the mass finishing system through the control technology, and dry the parts efficiently.

Four dryer types process parts continuously or in batches. They are matched to the requirements of different industries and come with the matching drying media. Pre-separation is standard.

The RT Euro-DH rotary dryer uses newly developed block heating elements that save up to 40% energy compared with other models on the market. Belt, drum and centrifuge dryers cover sensitive parts, parts with deep small bores, scooping or flat parts and small parts.

Applications

Which dryer for which part

Each dryer type is matched to a group of work pieces after mass finishing.

Sensitive and die-cast parts

The R…BT belt dryer handles parts that could get nicked and complex die-cast components, using hot air blowers.

Parts with deep, small bores

Belt dryers evaporate the liquid from small bores within seconds.

Scooping or flat parts

The R…TT drum dryer dries and polishes parts that would drag media out of rotary dryers or blind the screen.

Small parts

The R…HTZ drying centrifuge dries small parts stain-free; not for mixed work pieces.
