Overview

Finishing large quantities without stopping

Rösler continuous flow installations are fully automatic vibratory finishing systems that run continuously and fit into automated production lines. They deburr, grind, round and ball burnish stampings, castings, forgings and machined work pieces.

Large quantities are processed in a short time with few operators. Different part sizes and weights can be processed, and a separation and cleaning station delivers clean work pieces. The processing time is adjustable from 5 to 20 minutes.

Three system types are available: Linear systems with a U-shaped work bowl, Rotomatic systems with a spiral design for confined spaces, and Long Radius systems with a continuously rising work bowl for high processing intensity.

Applications

Where continuous flow installations are used

The systems finish large part quantities in automated production lines.

Deburring and grinding

Continuous deburring and grinding of stampings, castings and forgings.

Edge rounding

Rounding edges on machined work pieces in a continuous flow.

Ball burnishing

Ball burnishing of parts in fully automatic operation.

Bearing rollers

Processing heavy parts such as cylindrical bearing rollers on Long Radius systems.
