Overview
An all-rounder for surface finishing
Rösler rotary vibrators are versatile machines for deburring, grinding, cleaning, polishing, descaling and other surface processes. They handle metal, plastic, ceramics, rubber, wood and glass, and the standard range includes many sizes and work bowl designs.
An unbalanced motor in the center makes the work bowl vibrate. This creates a relative motion between the media and the parts that removes material. The vibratory drive motor reaches an efficiency of about 90%.
The machines run as stand-alone units or as part of a fully automatic linked system. Peripheral equipment for loading and post-treatment can expand a rotary vibrator into a fully automatic processing center.
