Overview
CNC welding along complex paths
The SISMA SWS is a laser welding station for mechanical applications that need high flexibility and quality. It uses a CNC motion system with 3 or 4 interpolated axes.
Its fiber laser source produces high-quality welds, also on difficult materials. SISMA's integrated software makes welding along complex paths convenient and intuitive, and Power Ramp, included as standard, modulates the laser power at the start and end of each weld.
The range covers the SWS 150F, 300F and 450F, with 150, 300 and 450 W average power at 1070 nm. The large working chamber and axis travel allow welding of large elements or series parts, and a lowerable or removable work surface makes very heavy pieces easier to handle.
