SISMA LM-B/LM-C are semi-automatic and automatic laser welding systems for small parts, with flash-lamp Nd:YAG sources, three motorized axes and an optional spindle for medical, jewelry and mold repair work.

SISMA LM-B and LM-C are semi-automatic and automatic laser welding systems for small parts. The LM-C is aimed at medical and jewelry work, and both machines are used for repairing molds.
Both use flash-lamp Nd:YAG lasers at 1064 nm, which give a wide depth of field and stable firing from the first pulses, while Smart Spot technology keeps the weld quality consistent. Two power levels are offered: 180, with 80 W average power, 9 kW peak power and 180 J, and 210, with 85 W, 10.5 kW and 210 J.
Three motorized axes with strokes of 150 x 150 x 175 mm and an optional spindle give precision and repeatability. The operator can switch between automatic and manual operation, and SISMA software handles linear and circular welding paths, recipe management and power modulation at the start and end of the weld.
The machine top rotates for easier loading. The LM-C offers manual or programmable CNC axis movement, and a vision version with Syncro View is available.
The official page names three main fields of use for the LM-B and LM-C.
