Overview
Pipe cutting built around your production
The PipeCut series covers a wide range of pipe and profile cutting work, from trimming and cutting openings for pipe and profile intersections and connections to weld edge preparation and marking. It serves offshore, lifting and agricultural equipment, pipeline, power plant, steel construction and shipbuilding production.
Its modular design lets the machine be fitted to specific pipe fabrication needs and built into a production facility. It can be supplied as a fully automated workstation that loads, feeds, unloads and sorts pipes and profiles, and an extra cutting area for smaller domes can be added.
The working diameter of Ø30 to 800 mm applies to manual loading; automatic loading solutions are agreed with MicroStep. Pipes up to 12 m are cut with plasma or oxyfuel, and bevel cutting is available through the rotator tool station.

Weld edge preparation
A rotator tool station bevels pipe ends so they are ready for welding.
Openings and intersections
Holes and saddle cuts for pipe and profile intersections and connections are cut on the pipe wall.
Trimming large pipes
Pipes are turned in the rotary pipe positioner while the torch trims them to length.
Automated pipe lines
Loading, feeding, unloading and sorting can be automated, with sorting set by cut length and unloading position.
