The NanoGenizer-II is a laboratory-scale, electrically driven, bench-top high pressure homogenizer for lipid nanoparticle (LNP) preparation and nano-scale processing at pressures up to 45,000 psi (3,062 bar). It needs no compressed air or hydraulic oil, which keeps it compact and clean for laboratory use.
The system consists of a feed reservoir, high-pressure pump, pressure transducer, PLC control panel and a microfluidics Y-type diamond interaction chamber with cooling option. The sanitary pump forces the product through micron-scale channels, generating high shear forces and impact energy for uniform particle distribution and reduced particle size.
It is designed for nanoemulsions, lipid nanoparticles, liposomes and cell disruption, supports multiple pressure and flow configurations, and is built from pharmaceutical-grade materials compliant with FDA and GMP requirements.
