The NanoGenizer-Dual (Dual Pump) is a portable, electric-powered laboratory high-pressure homogenizer for nano-scale applications that need precise pressure and flow control up to 30,000 psi. The dual-pump configuration gives stable processing and consistent performance for laboratory testing and formulation development.
It achieves 180 mL/min at 25,000 psi and 120 mL/min at 30,000 psi, with approximately 50% less energy loss than conventional homogenizers. The integrated design is compact and quiet.
A high-pressure programming control system with touch screen provides speed control and automatic stop by volume, time, pressure or temperature. The standard configuration includes a Y-type diamond interaction chamber with cooling option, sanitary high-pressure connections and pharmaceutical-grade materials compliant with FDA and GMP requirements.
