Overview
A stiffer frame for die forging
The PM range uses kinematics similar to the PACK presses, combined with a much more rigid frame. The design is monobloc and eccentric, with a longitudinal (left-right) drive shaft.
Maximum force is available at 12 mm from bottom dead centre, which lets the PM stamp deeper than a conventional press and makes it more versatile for stamping and forging.
Low frame deformation improves the precision of forged parts, and the press runs faster and more accurately than a conventional press. A mechanical ejector is optional and each press can be customised on request.
