BLISS-BRET PHT Triple Acting Hydraulic Presses

H-frame triple-acting presses for complex parts, 500 to 25,000 kN

BLISS-BRET PHT triple-acting hydraulic presses combine the ram with cushions, ejectors or clamps for three actions. Built as H-frame presses from 500 to 25,000 kN, they suit plunger stamping, die-cutting and complex parts.

Overview

Three actions in one press

The PHT range covers H-frame triple-acting hydraulic presses with standard capacities from 500 kN to 25,000 kN. They are made for applications that need three actions, such as plunger stamping, die-cutting and the production of complex parts.

The second and third actions come from a cushion, an ejector or a clamp, for example ram plus cushion plus plunger. Presses have one or two main cylinders, variable working speeds and automatic, controlled ram locking at top dead centre.

Force is controlled throughout the stroke, and each press can be customised with more capacity or options such as servo hydraulics, accumulators, quick die change equipment and robot automation.

Applications

Typical PHT applications

Plunger stamping

Ram, cushion and plunger work together in one stroke.

Die-cutting

Additional actions hold and eject the part during die-cutting.

Complex parts

Several cushions or ejectors make the PHT suited mainly to complex parts.
