Overview
Two connecting rods in an arched frame
The 2PACK range covers arched-frame mechanical presses with two connecting rods, from 1,600 kN to 8,000 kN. The frame is a one-piece welded structure stabilised by annealing, and the ram has long guides and generously sized kinematics.
The workspace takes a wide variety of tools, in particular progressive tools, and the large press table and slide base support off-centre forces. A decoiling line can be integrated easily.
The press needs no structure below ground, so it is installed on flat ground without a pit or special civil works. The GreenDrive system recovers energy during operation.
