Overview
Tailor-made single-acting hydraulics
The PHS range covers single-acting hydraulic presses in C-frame and H-frame designs, with standard capacities from 500 kN to 25,000 kN. They are used for punching, cutting, hardening and similar work.
Each press has one or two main cylinders. Strokes, dimensions and forces are defined to the customer's specification, working speeds are variable and the ram is locked at top dead centre automatically.
Force is controlled throughout the stroke. Options cover servo hydraulics, accumulators for higher speed, quick die change equipment and process automation with robots.
