Overview
CNC lathes made in Poland
CNC lathes from the TUR SMN 630/710 family are made 100% in Poland. Components come mainly from suppliers in Germany and Japan. Additional equipment widens the range of processes and adapts the machine to each user's needs, and extensive standard equipment is included from the start.
Four versions are listed: 630 and 710, plus the 630 P and 710 P with DIN 55026 spindle noses and larger 165/190 mm spindle bores. Swing over bed is 630 or 710 mm, swing over the saddle 370 or 450 mm, and distances between centres run from 1,000 to 6,000 mm.
The headstock has two spindle ranges with top speeds of 2,500 rpm (1,850 rpm on P versions), a 22.5 kW (S1) / 23 kW (S6) main motor and up to 2,200 Nm of turning torque. The machine takes 2,000 kg between centres and 600 kg in the chuck only.
