Genizer Z-Type Diamond Interaction Chamber from Genizer is a diamond chamber for high-pressure homogenizers that applies equal disruptive forces for uniform nanoparticles from R&D batches to industrial scale.
Review the confirmed product information, including description, features, benefits, and applications.
The Genizer Z-Type Diamond Interaction Chamber (DIXC) is used in high-pressure homogenizers to produce uniform nanoparticles. Its fixed internal geometry gives all materials equal disruptive forces, improving consistency in particle size reduction and dispersion.
Single-slotted chambers have one microchannel for small-batch R&D, while multi-slotted chambers place multiple microchannels in parallel for higher flow rates at industrial scale without losing processing uniformity.
The chambers are made of diamond and 316L stainless steel with electropolished and passivated internal surfaces. They are designed as full replacements for Microfluidizer and Avestin interaction chambers, support up to 45,000 psi (option dependent) and offer optional real-time cooling.
Gives a uniform, reproducible nanoparticle size distribution.
Scales from R&D to industrial production.
Reduces oversized particle formation.
Improves temperature control for sensitive formulations.
Offers longer service life and high durability.
Provides high performance at lower cost than OEM chambers.
The Z-Type chamber is used in high-pressure homogenizers for pharmaceutical and biotech nano-processing.
