Review the confirmed product information, including description, features, benefits, and applications.
The ProdGenizer Dual Pump is a production-scale high-pressure nano-homogenization system for continuous, reproducible pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing. Its dual high-pressure pump architecture keeps flow uninterrupted with minimized pressure pulsation, giving stable processing and consistent particle size distribution during extended runs.
The system operates at up to approximately 30,000 psi (≈ 2,000 bar, configuration dependent), forcing formulations through precision interaction chambers that generate shear, cavitation, turbulence and impact. This reduces particle size to sub-micron and nano-scale ranges with a narrow, reproducible distribution.
It supports continuous production and scale-up from pilot to commercial manufacturing, handles a wide range of viscosities and solid contents, and uses pharmaceutical-grade stainless steel wetted parts. The design supports GMP manufacturing, including CIP and SIP compatibility, validation and integration into sterile production.
