Genizer UHP-DIXC Diamond Interaction Chamber from Genizer is an ultra-high-pressure diamond chamber with a fixed internal geometry for uniform nanoparticle production at pressures up to 80,000 psi.
Review the confirmed product information, including description, features, benefits, and applications.
The Ultra High Pressure Diamond Interaction Chamber (UHP-DIXC) is used in ultra-high-pressure homogenizers to produce uniform nanoparticles. Its fixed internal geometry applies equal disruptive forces to all processed material for consistent, reproducible results.
Single-slotted chambers have one microchannel for small-batch R&D, while multi-slotted chambers use multiple parallel microchannels for higher flow rates at industrial scale with the same processing forces.
The chamber is made of diamond, 316L stainless steel and 17-4PH stainless steel with electropolished and passivated internal surfaces. It is designed as a full replacement for Microfluidizer interaction chambers when used with UltraGenizer homogenizers, supports up to 80,000 psi (configuration dependent) and offers optional real-time cooling.
