Overview

Wet blasting with fine blast media

Rösler VB H-Systems are manual or automated wet blast cabinets made entirely of stainless steel and loaded through two side doors. High-efficiency pumps produce a homogeneous mix of blast media and water, for repeatable results and constant surface quality.

The wet process suits fine blast media that cannot be used safely in dry processes. A special rubber coating protects against wear and reduces noise, and a special filter system keeps dust and moisture emissions low. Process monitoring components, closed-loop process water recycling and automation are available as options.
