Overview
Decoating with ultra-high pressure water
The ALS ultra-high pressure water jet system has a large, L-shaped automated front door. It opens the entire front area and the roof, so parts can be loaded directly into the blast cabin by overhead crane.
The system can be fitted with robots, various high-pressure water nozzles or a self-centering rotary table, so parts can be processed in any position. A highly efficient pump delivers up to 4,000 bar working pressure for decoating a wide range of materials.
The compact design makes efficient use of space, a closed water circuit is available as an option, and the system is specially designed for the aerospace industry.
