Wet blasting for large stainless steel parts
Rösler ABR Pure Finish-Systems are wet blast rooms designed for particularly large parts and suited to low surface roughness on stainless steel. Parts are loaded directly with an overhead crane, and two operators can work at the same time.
The operator guides an ergonomic handheld blasting gun. The chamber has collecting tanks for recycling the PureFinish blast media, which is easy to recycle, and the process is easy to monitor. Several process water treatment options are available, and the wet blast processes range from simple to highly complex versions.
