Overview

A mounting crane for hull sections and outfitting

The RSC-630 is built for shipbuilding companies and shipyards doing completion and assembly work. Its double jib system gives precise handling, and a micromotion system supports complex installation lifts.

The main hoist reaches 9 to 45 m and lifts 35 t at 9 to 18 m, falling to 8 t at 45 m. The auxiliary hoist reaches 11 to 48 m with 6 t. As options, the main hoist can be raised to 500 t, the auxiliary hoist to 50 t, the boom to 100 m and the lifting height to 100 m.

Lifting height is 50 m and lowering depth 17 m for both hoists. The crane weighs 350 t on a 10.5 m gauge and 13 m wheelbase, with a maximum wheel load of 35 t and a 7.5 m tail radius.
