Fixed portal, rotary table, 5 axes
Every ROLLER combines a fixed portal with a moving rotary table that also supports turning, for 5-axis machining of large, symmetric or complex parts. Structures are optimized with FEM analysis for rigidity, and low friction with high axis acceleration supports both roughing and finishing.
ROLLER MEGA is the flagship of the line, with linear motors, 2,050 x 2,050 x 1,100 mm travels, feeds up to 60,000 mm/min and TET, TUB and TWE heads. ROLLER XL is designed for deep drilling, with 2,000 mm longitudinal, 1,800 or 2,030 mm cross and 1,000 mm vertical travels and feeds up to 30,000 mm/min. ROLLER XL Full Linear adds linear motors on all axes, with 2,050 x 2,030 x 1,000 mm travels and feeds up to 60,000 mm/min.
ROLLER is the most compact model, with 1,200 x 1,800 x 1,000 mm travels, feeds up to 30,000 mm/min and the TU1 rotative head, suited to flexible cycles and automated cells. All four list a spindle of up to 47 kW, 190 Nm and 22,000 rpm.
