Overview
Grinding complex cam profiles
HSR is a cylindrical and globoid cam grinding machining centre. Its patented grinder balance system does not need any diamond coating, and linear and torque motors give smooth, responsive axis movement.
The machine integrates a remote control wheel, a chip conveyor, a liquid coolant filtering device and solutions for accessibility and safety. It is designed for users who need automation and consistent results on high-complexity profiles.
Travels are 1,200 x 800 x 800 mm with feeds up to 60,000 mm/min. The spindle is an orbital grinding head with HSK-50C taper.
