Overview
Productivity from continuous rotation
The TRC + CPL is COSMAP's most widespread polishing product, updated over time to meet new requirements and technologies in the field. It is a traditional polishing machine that gets its high productivity from the continuous rotation of the rotary table and its fixtures.
With many spindles, the machine is especially productive on work pieces with regular and even geometric shapes. The polishing units around the table can be simple or more complex to suit production needs, and simple or servo-controlled axes add further degrees of movement. All units are preset for auto-positioning to speed up production changes.
For special polishing and mirror finishing, manually adjustable, position-bound counter locks can be added. A lightweight polishing unit can also be installed at the center of the rotary table.
