The first level of polishing automation
The TR + CPL is the first level of automation of the polishing process, thanks to the rotary table. Operating units set around the table complete each step of the polishing process, and their characteristics depend on the nature of the product and the cycle time. The machines are easy to use and fast.
As a designer and builder of rotary table automatic metal polishing units, COSMAP supplies the right number of units in the right size for each request. The units can be equipped with multiple simple electric or servo-controlled axes to raise performance, and they are preset for auto-positioning to speed up production changes.
