Overview
From entry-level cutting to high-definition plasma
The MasterCut is a versatile CNC cutting machine for industrial users, from small workshops to large factories. It comes in two configurations: with linear guides or with rails in the X axis.
The entry version on rails is aimed at fully automated oxyfuel cutting or conventional plasma cutting. It can be expanded for high-precision plasma work, bevel cutting with tilting tool stations, and pipe, profile and elbow cutting with a rotary pipe positioner for pipes from Ø 30 to 700 mm and up to 10 t.
Working length runs from 1500 to 30000 mm and working width from 1500 to 4000 mm, with up to 4 tool stations, or 6 for oxyfuel. Oxyfuel cuts 150 mm as standard and 200 mm as an option, drilling reaches Ø 13 mm, and positioning speed is up to 51 m/min on linear guides or 43 m/min on rails.

Plasma cutting
Conventional or high-definition plasma cutting of steel plate.
Oxyfuel cutting
Fully automated oxyfuel cutting up to 150 mm, or 200 mm as an option.
Bevel cutting
Weld bevels with plasma tilting and 3D tilting tool stations.
Pipe, profile and elbow cutting
Pipes from Ø 30 to 700 mm and up to 10 t on a rotary pipe positioner.
Marking and drilling
Inkjet or micropercussion marking and drilling up to Ø 13 mm.
