Overview
Heavy plate cutting with many torches at once
The CombiCut is a heavy-duty, high-precision CNC machine for high-output plasma and oxyfuel cutting in multiple shifts. It cuts steel up to 300 mm thick and can run more than 10 torches at the same time, which suits repeated parts and strip cutting.
Bevel cutting is done with a pair of rotary oxyfuel triple torches or with plasma rotators. A drilling tool station handles holes up to Ø 40 mm and threads from M4 to M33 with automatic tool exchange, and parts can be marked with an inkjet writer or micropercussion.
Working length runs from 1500 to 50000 mm and working width from 1500 to 8000 mm, with up to 6 tool stations, or 8 for oxyfuel. Rotary pipe positioners add pipe cutting from Ø 30 to 1500 mm and up to 12 t, and the machine also processes domes.
