Ship Panel Line

DIG High Efficiency Panel Production Line for Ship Construction

From steel plate to finished panel section in one linked line

The DIG high efficiency panel production line takes raw steel plate to a finished ship section. Butt welding, marking, cutting, stiffener and T-beam welding and outfitting are linked to cut waiting time between stages.

Overview

A linked line from plate to panel section

The line automates the route from raw steel plate to a completed ship section. It covers butt welding, marking, cutting and polishing, stiffener assembly and welding, T-beam assembly and welding, and outfitting.

Standardized procedures and mechanized equipment link the stages closely. This reduces waiting time between processes, speeds up panel manufacturing and shortens the overall ship construction cycle.

The line's precision and stable operation keep product accuracy consistent and reduce the quality variation that comes from manual work.
