Thin-plate ship panels
Panel welding with minimum deformation.
The DIG fully automatic panel production line welds thin ship plates with minimum deformation. It combines laser-MIG hybrid, double-wire MIG/MAG and thin-wire submerged arc welding with automated, data-driven control.

Thin-plate panels distort easily, so this line aims for good productivity with minimum deformation. DIG offers single-sided welding with double-sided forming as well as double-sided welding.
The line combines laser-MIG composite welding, double-wire MIG/MAG and thin-wire submerged arc welding with full automation and information-based control, for more precise quality and higher efficiency in shipbuilding.
DIG builds the line for thin-plate shipbuilding work.
